The University of Crete informs you that for the purposes and exercise of the responsibilities of the Gender Equality Committee (hereinafter EIF) it collects and processes the personal data, which you stated specifically: name and surname, capacity, institutional e-mail address and incident description.The University of Crete and the E.I.F. may further process your personal data for archiving or research / statistical purposes, subject to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (EU) in accordance with Article 86 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
For the period of time that your personal data will remain at the disposal of the University of Crete and the E.I.F. you have the opportunity to exercise the right of access, correction, update, processing restriction, opposition and portability in accordance with the terms of the General Regulation on Data Protection 2016/679 (EU).
You also have the right to report to the Personal Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr.
For the issues of your personal data you can contact the Gender Equality Committee at the e-mail address eif@uoc.gr.
